What Are Maintenance Charges ?
Maintenance charges are the monthly contributions paid by every owner in the society. These charges cover the costs related to the maintenance, security, operation, and improvement of the society’s infrastructure and facilities.

Our maintenance charges are distributed across various essential services that benefit all residents:
- Common Area Cleaning & Upkeep: Ensures regular cleaning and maintenance of common areas like corridors, lobbies, parks, and playgrounds.
- Security Services: Payment for 24/7 security personnel, CCTV camera maintenance, and other security measures.
- Waste Management: Regular garbage collection and waste disposal services of common area.
- Water Supply & Plumbing: Ensures uninterrupted water supply and maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Electricity for Common Areas: Covers the electricity consumption in common areas, including streetlights, parking, and elevators.
- Repairs & Maintenance of Common Infrastructure: Routine repairs and preventive maintenance of society facilities.
- Staff Salaries: Salaries for society staff, maintenance personnel, and security guards.
Payment Schedule
- Due Date: Maintenance charges are to be paid by the 10th of every month.
- Late Payment Penalty: A penalty of 2% per month will be applied to overdue payments after the 10th.

We offer multiple payment options for your convenience:
- Online Payments via net banking or mobile apps.
- Cheque deposits at the society office.
- Cash payments (up to a certain limit).
